Alium’s Children’s services training ensures that staff are equipped with knowledge, skills and competencies to effectively support and protect children. Ongoing training ensures that professionals stay updated with the latest developments in children services.
Regular refreshers and new courses help to address emerging issues such as digital safety, legislative changes or innovative approaches to service practice.
Our support includes:
- Registering with CQC to provide Domiciliary care to children
- Expanding your existing adult Domiciliary care service to children
- Registering to become Ofsted Registered
- Training for foster carers and fostering services
- Creating policies and procedures, or building on existing policies
- Coaching and mentoring managers
