The CQC Compliance Course prepares delegates for inspection through incorporating CQC’s latest Regulatory Approach using the new Quality Statements

It provides a clear understanding of the Single Assessment Framework; its application and how to demonstrate evidence against the Statements and how to capture this against compliance requirements to reach a rating of Good to Outstanding by focusing on ways of maintaining continuous professional and service development.   It supports delegates in the new ways of working and what is expected of providers.    It also covers methods to ensure staff are able to demonstrate application of the standards by utilising their knowledge and understanding during inspections, to leave them feeling confident in their abilities.

This course is delivered through an interactive Tutor led Virtual classrooms

This course can be delivered as a single company wide workshop for 12 – 15 people – for example, if the organisation has multiple sites and under the same management.
