The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors. It’s made up of the 15 minimum Standards that should be covered if you are ‘new to care’ and should form part of a robust induction programme.  The Care Certificate was developed to provide structured and consistent learning to ensure that care workers have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe, quality care and support.   This bundle consists of 15 high quality interactive video e-learning courses, each of which are broken into modules which can be stopped and restarted at any time.  As would be expected from Alium Care Training, learners are supported by Alium Trainers (via telephone or email) should they have any questions or queries.
