- 2 sessions of 1:1 Management Coaching (1 hour sessions)
- Up to 5 hours of remote support from Alium’s experienced team of consultants
Level 3
£895 month*
Included:
- Bi-Annual mock inspection based on CQC inspection methods
- Post inspection report and discussion to support best practise in action
- 6 sessions of 1:1 Management Coaching (1 hour sessions)
- Up to 10 hours of remote support from Alium’s experienced team of consultants
- Annual Review of Policies and Procedures
Level 2
£695 month*
Included:

- 4 sessions of 1:1 Management Coaching (1 hour sessions)
