Course Content
This course covers the different perspectives on death and dying, including the aims, principles and policies of end of life care. It also looks at factors relating to communication in end of life care and knowing how to access the range of care and support services available to individuals and others. It includes the latest guidance on End of Life care from CQC and others within the Sector
The aims of this course are to:
- Know different perspectives on death and dying
- Understand the aims, principles and policies of end of life care
- Understand factors regarding communication in end of life care
- Know how to access the range of support services available to individuals and others.

Assessment: Ongoing observation and end of session Activity. Each delegate will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
