Course Content
The COSHH Course provides information to ensure that the risk of hazardous substances is minimised in the organisation. It looks at measures to eliminate or reduce the risk of harm by looking at both individual and group responsibilities and accountabilities, including the role of risk assessments. It covers the following elements:
- Introduction to COSHH.
- What constitutes a hazard under the COSHH Regulations.
- The important to follow guidance.
- Risk assessments and control measures.
- Legislation and guidance.

Assessment: Ongoing observation and end of session activity. Each delegate will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Requirements: In order to gain the most out of the sessions, we request that the delegates remain on the course throughout and, where possible, a quiet area be allocated to save distraction.
