Description
This 2 day Train the Trainer Medication Administration Course is for those who have not completed the 2-day Train the Trainer course. Delegates will cover the topic content and learn how to deliver this topic from a training perspective, where they will be shown best practice and supported to create their own lesson plan as well as some of the resources required for their own session delivery.
The course provides delegates with the skills, knowledge and confidence to become an effective Trainer in this subject and ensures that the delivery of a Medication Administration course is effective and impactful so staff fully understand and know how to apply their learnings into working practices.
